The City has undertaken a significant project to digitize our records over the past 2 years. We are pleased to be able to offer permitting, development review, and permit research online.
Documents can be viewed using our Searchable Archive (click here for our User Guide). The Archive contains records of Development Review Board (and their predecessor, the Zoning Board of Adjustment) decisions and supplemental materials from the 1960s forward, zoning permits (starting with most recent, presently available back to 2003), permanent sign permits and infrastructure and landscape bonds.
Agendas, minutes and packets for all City boards and committees are also available.
We were thrilled to have this archive up and running this past spring; it allowed staff, residents, title searchers and more to continue their important work online and remotely.
