200509 Prospect PlaceThere are two projects that are permitted and ready to go. The first is a 40 unit affordable project named Dover Place which will be situated just to the north of the Garden Apartments at the corner of Market Street and Garden Street.  The developers hope to close on this property in February and begin construction this spring.

The second project is much larger at 134 units and it is to be situated on Garden Street just beyond Healthy Living, as you enter from Dorset Street.  This project, known as Prospect Place, will provide market rate housing and construction will begin as market conditions improve as we emerge from the pandemic.
