presentation on development trends

Planning & Zoning Staff, on October 1st and October 15th 2018, provided the City Council with a two-part presentation on Growth, Development, and Land Conservation in South Burlington.

Part I included a summary of historic development trends, an assessment of patterns of development in the past decade, current status of wastewater capacity, and an analysis of land in the southeastern portion of the Southeastern portion of the City and its development / conservation status
