- Draft Environmental Protection Standards Update. Update and expansion of the current surface water protection standards in the Land Development Regulations, to be renamed the Environmental Protection Standards.
The Swift & Spear Street Feasibility Study sponsored by the City of South Burlington, CCRPC, and their design consultants has been exploring options to improve walking, bicycling, and driving through the Swift Street / Spear Street intersection. The project team presented several alternative intersection design concepts at the June 8th Planning Commission meeting along with the results from the first community survey. Check out the Alternatives and share your thoughts about each one in a new survey. The Alternative Review Survey is available through July 2, 2021.
- Planned Unit Development / Subdivision / Master Plan / Project. See project Page for all of the latest details. This project includes an overhaul of the City's Subdivision, Master Plan, and Planned Unit Development standards and procedures, and related amendment.
- Wastewater Ordinance Review. In September 2020, the South Burlington Land Trust provided a proposal to City Council for revisions to the City's Wastewater Ordinance. The City Council requested a summary and review by staff, which was provided on December 21, 2020.
- Transportation Impact Fees. The City is in the process f updating its Transportation Impact Fees. Staff provided a presentation to the City Council on the status and draft on December 21, 2020
