The Youth Services Unit is responsible for the investigation of juvenile crimes and crimes against them. The Unit is responsible for several prevention efforts and proactive intervention initiatives as well. We offer support to after school programs, including several specialty camps (CSI, Citizen Police Academy, Bike Safety) as well as school classroom needs. The Unit acts as liaisons to DCF, First Call, the State's Attorney's Office and Family Court.
