Youth Sports Leagues
We have volunteer coaches in our youth soccer and basketball leagues. Coaches are needed for our 1st-6th grade leagues in soccer and 1st- 8th grade leagues in basketball. Our leagues are set up in each sport with two grades together- 1st/2nd, 3rd/4th, 5th/6th and 7th/8th.
How to get started
To begin the process of becoming a Volunteer Coach- Print off the Volunteer Coaching Application,
fill it out and mail or return it to the Recreation Office at 575 Dorset Street.
Applicants will be notified for an interview and orientation. All accepted volunteers are required to go through an extensive criminal and abuse registry background check. There is also mandatory coaches training for each sport.
