If you suspect you haver have symptoms, please reach out to Marathon Health via phone to be assessed. Follow the guidance provided and report your status to your supervisor and/or Human Resources. If you have to isolate or quarantine, a note will be provided by Marathon Health (through your patient portal) that you need to provide to your supervisor/HR).
