The Commission is a seven-member board, responsible for planning for the community’s future. This includes preparing and updating the City’s long range Comprehensive Plan, the City’s Land Development Regulations, and undertaking various studies. Working closely with staff, the Commission gathers community input and provides proposed plans & regulation updates to the City Council. The City welcomes and encourages a wide range of backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives to the Commission. The Commission typically meets on the evenings of the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month, with special meetings from time to time.
