Did you know that the Friends of the Library supports our readers through the purchase of the monthly resource, BookPage? This free magazine highlights new books, interviews with authors, book club recommendations and thematic lists. They also offer free e-newsletters by genre that anyone can sign up for at their webpage, bookpage.com. Some books are brand new and others are a few years old. Blue reserve slips are available at all library service points to request titles that we don't own. You can also look for titles of interest to borrow in ebook or eaudiobook format from Libby. As they say on the webpage, "Discover your next great book!"
Another note regarding the Friends: they are currently engaged in a Facebook fundraiser in honor of Giving Tuesday aimed at raising $700 for staff to offer two chemistry programs for ages 8-12 in the Mirabella KidSpace. Click Here for the donation link
