Police Get 1st Hybrid SUV
The Police Department has taken delivery of our first hybrid patrol car. The 2023 Ford Hybrid Utility is currently being outfitted with the latest in cruiser camera technology, the Axon Fleet 3 system. The Axon system is fully integrated with the Department’s body worn camera program providing officers with the latest and most intuitive camera technology available. These investments are a clear illustration of our continued commitment to 21st Century Policing principals and the City’s priorities and strategies related to climate action.
