The City has been awarded a VTrans Transportation Alternatives Program (TAP) grant of $300,000 to replace the culvert that conveys North Brook beneath Bartlett Bay Road. This project will help alleviate flooding along Bartlett Bay Road during large storms and will improve aquatic organism passage from Lake Champlain to the upstream section of North Brook. The City will begin soliciting engineering services for design of a new, appropriately sized box culvert this spring.
