South Village Final Plats Approved
The Development Review Board last week approved MP-21-01, SD-21-02 and SD-21-03 for South Village communities. MP-21-01 was a “clean up” master plan amendment to ratify some of the ways in which the South Village development has evolved over time. SD-21-02 approved a series of 22 homes in 11 duplex buildings, 11 of which will be perpetually affordable, on Lot 11 south of the Farm at south Village. SD-21-03 was for eight homes in four duplex buildings, four of which will be perpetually affordable, on Lot 48N north of the Farm.
