Wheeler Trail Maintenance this Summer
The City is excited to announce that trail maintenance is coming to Wheeler this summer. The City will be working with Timber & Stone, LLC, to knock out several different maintenance projects along the following trail segments: Wheeler Trail, Sugarbush Trail, and Creek Trail. This work will officially complete the identified maintenance needs at this park.
We also are excited to share that a new wayfinding sign package is being fabricated for Wheeler now. Staff expects these signs to be installed in the summer. This is very exciting for this park, as it has been in great need of all trail signs. The new package will include trail directional, kiosks, and interpretive signs.
We hope you’ll head to Wheeler at some point this summer to check out the trail work and see the signage. Please remember to stay on the trail during your visit.
