Located in City Center on the northern section of Garden Street, Dover Place will be a 43 unit apartment building; designed to meet the growing demand for workforce housing. The building will be four stories constructed over a parking garage. The exterior of Dover Place was designed to meet the City Center Form Based Code- creating an active streetscape with the look and feel of a Vermont-scaled walkable neighborhood. Dover Place will include a diverse mix of units targeting a wide variety of residents including families and young adults. Unit types include studios, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom apartments- all with contemporary open floorplans.
