Let’s go on a hike. A Family Night Hike to be exact. This family friendly short hike will take place on Tuesday, October 19th from 6:00-7:00 pm. Participants will meet a SBRP representative in the parking area of the Thomas Hubbard Recreation and Natural Area on Nowland Farm Road. Overflow parking will be on Pinnacle Drive. We will plan on exploring the open trail around the perimeter of the property. Though glow necklaces will be provide, participants are encouraged to bring a flashlight or headlamp.
You will want to be sure to come join our Community Pumpkin Carving event. This year it will take place in the new Senior Center at City Hall (180 Market Street) on Friday, October 22nd from 6:00 – 8:00 pm. You can bring your pumpkin(s) with you and we’ll supply all of the tools. Even better, you’ll leave the mess with us! This is a fun activity to do as you gather with other families in this fantastic space while you get into the spirit of Halloween.
