SB City Fire Department Receives Water Donation

SB City Fire Department Receives Water Donation

And we can say “Timing is everything”!

On Thursday September 30th Farrell Distribution Incorporation donated a pallet of water to our City Fire Department.  The water was promptly used while our department was called to an accident near Exit 14 south bound on Interstate 89 along with 6 other local teams.

The donation came along with the following Letter:

This year, Anheuser-Busch and their wholesaler network are proud to continue this partnership in support of our fire service and committed to providing 1.5 million cans of emergency drinking water in 2020 to fire departments across the country. They were awarded these through Anheuser-Busch directly. We kept two pallets back, one for Rutland, and one for SB where we operate our facilities. Anheuser-Busch and Farrell Distributing would be honored to provide you a pallet worth of cans for emergency drinking water for the South Burlington Fire Department. The water will be sourced from Anheuser-Busch’s brewery in [Cartersville, Georgia/Fort Collins, Colorado] which periodically pauses beer production can drinking water and be ready to help communities in times of disaster.

Thank you, Farrell Distributing Corporation and Anheuser-Busch!
