Recreation and Parks Staff Members loaded up their sleigh with goodies and set out Wednesday night to tour the town and judge the 16 entries for the Community Lights Competition. It was such a delight to tour the city and feel the holiday spirit as we drove through each nominees neighborhood, stopped for pictures and enjoyed festive cheer. This year there were two official categories and one judges choice. Check out the winners below. Oh what fun!
