The Development Review Board is completing review of three large projects and considering an amendment to a fourth, over their next two meetings. The applications for Beta Technologies (manufacturing / office), O’Brien Hillside Lots 10 & 11 (Mixed income multi-family housing), and OnLogic (manufacturing / office) are ongoing, while Spear Meadows on Spear Street is requesting a change that would eliminate a planned left-turn lane off Spear Street. This change is supported by DPW.
The owners of the Hampton Inn / Holiday Inn have received their approvals for the hotel renovations and for a third building that will contain a mix of apartments and some commercial space. They are putting together their documents to receive their zoning permit for construction and we expect them to begin this next phase shortly. (Image above is a rendering.)
