New Building To Join City Center
A new building will be joining the burgeoning Market Street area in the near future. Last month, the City issued site plan approval for four-story building that will include 61 dwelling units ranging from studios to three bedrooms. This building will located at the southeast corner of Market Street and Garden Street, becoming the second building to form that important future intersection. Once the applicant, Snyder-Braverman, meet their project conditions and obtains their zoning permit, they will be able to begin construction.
