City Council Adopts Changes to Land Development Regulations
The Council voted unanimously on May 2nd to approve a set of amendments to the City’s Land Development Regulations. These changes include:
-Establishing a new “General Planned Unit Development” allowing for flexibility in design in the city’s higher-intensity mixed use and commercial/industrial areas
-Setting a minimum amount of on-site (or nearby) amenity for residents, employees, or visitors to enjoy
-Clarifying standards for site layout and to allow for parking in front of a building that is part of an Airport’s security area.
