The East West Crossing - Walk Bike Bridge design is underway! Over 45 participants joined a bevy of bridge, path, landscaping, and environmental engineers, architects and planners to provide their ideas, thoughts and priorities on June 16 for this TIF District project that will bridge I-89 at Exit 14. After a light meal and conversation, everyone broke into groups to shout out comments. These insights and others gathered online or with stakeholders will feed the creation of three alternative project concepts by the project team. It is not too late to give your ideas – either via e-mail or a virtual room online (look for the board with the sticky notes to add your own). There will be another meeting at the end of the summer to see what you think about the option and give your preferences!
