A new four-story building, slated to begin construction this winter, will now include a child care facility, according to the site plan issued in late October. This latest addition to City Center will be located on Garden Street immediately east of Healthy Living Market & Deli. The L-shaped building will host 120 homes, a café, and a child care center.
