Red Rocks Park

Due to COVID-19, we have yet to determine if we will open the gate for parking, as well as if we will open our bathroom facilities. Please check our website or social media for updates regarding Red Rocks Park.
This 100 acre park is open for use year round. Parking is allowed inside the park’s designated parking areas during the operating hours, as well as outside the park. The gate locks at 7 pm daily, make sure your vehicle is parked in the lot outside the entrance so you don't get locked in. The beach includes a designated swimming area and restrooms, the restrooms will be open June 22 - August 18 from 12:00-7:00 pm daily during the summer. Until June 22 and after August 18, please use the portalet located at the entrance of the park.
The beach is open to the general public. There is several miles of trails for hiking, jogging, snow shoeing, and cross country skiing.

Under the "Leash Law" enacted by the City Council, 
all dog owners MUST have their dog on a leash- (6 foot max.) at all times within the boundaries of Red Rocks Park & trails. Dogs are prohibited at the public beach and in the water at Red Rocks. Owners in violation will be subject to a fine as outlined in the ordinance.
