UVM NR206 Group Projects - 

The University of Vermont NR206 class is an environmental problem solving class geared towards project-based service-learning.  It serves as the capstone of the Core Curriculum in the Rubenstein School of Environment and Natural Resources.  It is a semester-long project that connects students with community partners to engage in meaningful change-making efforts that provide experiential learning for the students while offering authentic and tangible benefits to the community.

The partnership has engaged with this course and has been able to complete the following projects:

1. Spring 2019 - Project: Envisioning and Informing the Muddy Brook Watershed Regional Conservation Partnership

2. Fall 2019 - Project: Feasibility of "Rent-a-Goat" Services to Manage Invasive Plants Regionally

3. Spring 2020 - Project:Goats on the Go: A New Approach for Managing Invasive Plants on a Regional Scale
