SB Fire Develops Comprehensive Strategic Plan
Last week members of the South Burlington Fire Department spent three days developing a comprehensive strategic plan. The facilitated workshop included the creation of new mission and vision statements as well as identifying the Department’s core values. This was a challenging but rewarding experience that included participation from the newest members to those most experienced. The final plan will be available in the coming weeks.
