Some residents will receive a postcard in the mail from The Champlain Water District (CWD) asking them to participate in an income survey of its customers. The postcard will contain a QR code taking them to the survey form, as well as a text URL that they can enter into a web browser. Residents who receive the survey can contact CWD with any questions.
