The repaving of Dorset Street from Market Street to Garden Street (corner of Trader Joe’s and Health Living) should be completed this week. This year’s paving project follows on from the work done on Dorset Street from Williston Road to Market Street last summer. 
Due to the fiscal impacts of the C-19 pandemic, City Management with the approval of the City Council has cut the rest of the funding for paving this summer and fall. Should we experience some level of fiscal recovery in the next six months the City may be able to pave some additional roads next Spring. The budget for any paving in Fiscal Year 2021 which begins on July 1, 2021 will be decided by the voters, along with the rest of the municipal budget at the City Annual Meeting on March 2, 2021.
In the meantime, City public works crews are out, using our own equipment to fill potholes and rough spots on the roads.
