SBRP is excited to announce that we are continuing our partnership with Age Well VT for three more Grab-and-Go Meal pickup events. These events will take place on the second Wednesday of February, March and April. Age Well is covering the cost of the meals (120 meals each month) while SBRP is taking registrations, providing the staffing and facilitating the distribution of the meals.
Veterans Memorial Park will be the pickup location, with Grab-and-Go Meals available between 11:00am and 12:00pm.
Note: This is a meal only event. There will not be additional goodie bags.
February meal:
Beef Burger w/Cheddar, Oven Brown Potatoes, Mixed Beans, Dinner Roll, Strawberry Shortcake.
* Registration for the February 10th event will be available on the SBRP website starting Wednesday January 27th.
If you are unsuccessful registering online, you may call Brett at 846-4137 and leave your name and contact number. Though all department staff members are currently working from home, Brett will return your call within 48 hours to confirm your February only registration.
* Registration for March 10th will be available on Thursday February 11th.
* Registration for April 14th will be available on Thursday March 11th.
This is a drive-through event, there is no need to get out of your car. Simply pull up to the attendance station to check-in, then proceed up to the meal pick up station where a staff member will place your meal bag in your vehicle for you. All current health and safety precautions will be followed.
