Construction begins at Edgewood
Ground is being broken at Edgewood (a.k.a. Cider Mill II). The first zoning permit was recently issued by the Planning & Zoning Department for the Phase 1 infrastructure work (roadway, utilities & site work). This work is anticipated to last about 12 months. Construction traffic will access the site from Hinesburg Road. This planned unit development is approved for 142 homes comprised of single-family, two-family and multi-family units.
