New Building Approved on Shelburne Road
The Development Review Board has approved a new 4-story, mixed use building to take the place of the former Kaigle’s service station on Shelburne Street. The new building will include two stories of commercial space, two stories of residential space containing 9 dwelling units, associated parking, site amenities, and landscaping.
