Fall SBRP Soccer Has Come To An End

Over the past 6 weeks, we had our popular youth soccer program with more than 150 families participating. Youth soccer is a wonderful way to enjoy the outdoors, make new friends, and learn some basics about the great sport of soccer. Saturday mornings were filled with neon jerseys, whistles, dogs, families, and tons of smiles! Over the weeks, our participants learned skills like passing, dribbling, and making shots on goal. With games played every week, they were able to put those new skills to work while playing against one another.

We had some amazing volunteer coaches assist with this program and made each player feel welcomed and important every time they showed up. Each player learned about offense and defensive and had the opportunity to play with different kids from different schools, that they normally wouldn’t interact with. A great way to make new friendships! Despite some unwanted weather, the season went off without a hitch! We couldn’t have done this program without our coaches, officials, and of course the parents. A huge thank you to everyone who joined us on Saturday mornings! We cant wait to do it again next year!
